"He showed up  when he said he would and was able to get the job done in very little time.  He also installed a dimmer for the light.  He has also given us some ideas on how to get more light into the kitchen area.  Changed some light bulbs and wants to see how we like them.  They are much brighter.  He is also going to get back to us with a "retrofit" for over the kitchen sink and food prep area where we would like more light.  He is very good, would recommend him  and will use his services again when we need electrical work done.

This incident happened on a Thursday night and Dan came over the next morning and assessed the situation.  He temporarily fixed the fallen ceiling in the kitchen and provided safety so I could move about in the kitchen until he could do the repairs.  He also went on the roof and temporarily provided covering over the damaged area to prevent any further water damage should we have gotten any more rain during the weekend.  Dan and his crew came and started the repairs first thing on  Monday morning.  They removed and replaced the damaged ceiling in the kitchen, repaired the roof with new roofing on the damaged side of the house, they replaced the bad rotten wood, they removed water soaked carpet on the steps leading down to the family room.  There was quite a bit of water damage and Dan, Jay, and Alfredo did a fantastic job of getting my house back to being safe and liveable in a very reasonable time.  I am extremely pleased with the quality, workmanship, professionalism that was performed and displayed by each of these gentlemen.  They worked very diligently and cleaned up their work area at the end of each day.  They are truly hard workers and take pride in what they do and made sure I was a happy camper at the end of each day with what had been done and accomplished and was always asking if there was anything I was unhappy with.   I am very happy and pleased with the final results.

The cost of the repairs I found to be very reasonable with all that needed to be done with cost of materials, hauling away all trash and debris and as stated before the quality of replacement materials was top notch.  I have scheduled them to come back and replace the rest of the roof and some other things needing to be done. 

I highly recommend Expertise Painting for home repairs, roofing, painting, and washing of house (which Dan had done previously for me).   Dan Kirby is  a honest, highly respectable, professional, reliable, person and has a responsible crew with the same good qualities working for his business.  

No doubt I will use him again and again.
