We have always been on automatic oil fill and we have never had an issue. My most recent experience was today - we needed a service and a replacement part. The technician was very polite, experienced, knowledgeable and respectful of our time (David). He also had a more junior team member with him (Domenic) who was very respectful as well. I continue to be impressed with Palmer and will remain a customer for the foreseeable future!"

I responded, can you give me an estimate of how much it would cost. She responded, sir there is no charge, we just like helping out the community. I was shocked. Being on a fixed income. Craig arrived, removed the AC, and I started asking questions about mini split systems. He was here at least an hour explaining how they worked and my options. I have now ordered my new AC slash heatpump, to be installed. There was no pressure, just me asking questions and I loved what he had to say. Perfect gentleman."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

Tyler paid great attention to detail, my bathroom was as clean after the new toilet was installed as it was before and even having to drag the old one through the house my hard wood floors never got a drop of water on them. "It worked out okay, except that I would have anticipated, the cost just gets more. They always find those things, so it starts at $99 and end up spending $300 or $400. People tell me they always find mold inside your air duct, so they have to put a chemical. They call it a total cleaning as opposed to the regular cleaning which I paid for. What they did seemed to have worked. I have suspicions about when they find other things. "

"Can I give an "A+" rating? Reached out to a handful of HVAC contractors to get a quote on replacing my 20 year old central air system. From the woman who I initially spoke with to the guy who came out to give me a quote (who happened to own the company) to the crew that came out to do the project, I got first class service. I scheduled the initial visit and Joe arrived 15 minutes early. He gave me a handful of quotes and was very clear on the differences between the systems. I settled on one of the lesser priced systems and never felt like he was trying to "up-sell" me. In fact the system I purchased qualified me for a rebate from my energy provider. I was able to schedule the install for 2 days later and again, the team showed up right on time. The guys were personable, respectful of my home, and very hard working. I have a brand new central air that seems to be working perfectly. It's significantly quieter than my old system. They cleaned up any mess that was made and gave me a complete walk through of my new system. I could not be happier."

"The company removed the propane tank, with no warning at all, as my tenant was cooking a roast for a dinner party. The tenant did not owe anything. I, as the owner, did not owe anything. Checking the propane account online shows that the account is up to date, with zero balance owed, and has been so for at least a year. They removed the tank because a different tenant, in the other unit, owed a balance, but they had never made any attempt to notify me as the owner (they have my address, but instead just left notices on the door, which the tenant removed without telling me. As a result of their reckless, unwarranted and inexcusable actions, I may lose a good long-term tenant and thousands of dollars of income. And instead of apologizing, their agent was rude and nasty. Would never do business with them again."
