"He (Les) spent over 6 hours at our house, never had to remove a toilet (like the company before did) and for just 30 minutes he asked if we could not flush or run water until the new above ground pipe for snaking the house out was hooked up. <br /> <br />  I run a licensed family day care home, children needing to wash their hands, use the bathroom the whole nine yards and we were able to stay open the whole day and the children never knew their was a problem nor a break in their routine. Even when he snaked out the kitchen and laundry room lines during nap time,  the kids slept right through it, he was that good. He helped me keep upbeat and happy while dealing with this with his humor and worked with the fact it was nearing our Sabbath hours and finished up before sundown agreeing to come back Sunday morning to fill in the line which we totally agreed to and approved of and was very thankful that he was willing to work with us on that matter. <br />  Les you are the BEST and you made a very difficult situation 1000 times better. I asked for a credit. the scope was to install gas line to a stove, Drierand a water heather ready to install the appliances, he came back with air pressure test only with no shut off valves or reducers to fitt the valves..... I waited for his crew to show up to complete the scope he never even call to let me know that he wasn't coming, therefore I completed the scope and ask ask for a credit. of 147.00 materials and labor to what heis office response was ththe could it done it in half hour and 6 dollars in materials I have receipts from home depot any way not much more to said will not ever use his services ever again!!!!! <br />"

They remodeled new shower (custom tile), tile floor, new toilet, vanity, sinks and paint. 24/7 was always available to answer questions I had, always friendly and professional. All details were done beautifully. My old bathroom was a total outdate from the early "80's." I would hire 24/7 Plumbing to do another job at my home."
