At this time, I had so many other obligations going on that did not have the time or energy to take on another thing. He was so persusaive that I went ahead that signed up to have the roof replaced. Priceless took it from there. They handled everything from meeting the inspector from the insurance company to the final replacement of the roof. the work was outstanding and this whole process was painless with Priceless Home Improvement. I would recommend Sam and Priceless Home Improvement to anyone interested in going with a reliable company to replace their roof."

My experience with Supreme Window was excellent from the moment I called to get an estimate on replacing a broken window in the basement. I explained to Chris the situation and he was able to send a salesman to our house that night.  At this point, we had also decided to replace 2 very large windows in the bedrooms upstairs.  Albert showed up right on time and discussed the options with us which included very expensive laminate, which does not shatter when broken.  I was immediately interested in this for the bedrooms because there are very large trees behind my house and I am always concerned with them breaking the windows.  Albert took a look and explained that the laminate was not necessary b/c of the large overhang we have protecting the windows.  We really appreciated that he did not push a very expensive product on us.  In the end, we chose laminate for the basement, but that was totally our decision.  We took a chance based on the great reviews on Angies List and did not get other estimates since we were in a hurry to replace the broken window, so we signed a contract that night.  The windows were ready about 3 weeks later.  Chris called to let us know they were in last night, and we were able to have Eric come out today to install them!  The installation went very well and they took their time to make sure they were well caulked and in properly. They cleaned up afterward and also made sure we knew how to open/close/lock and lift off for cleaning.  There was one tear in a screen and they will be back tomorrow to get that screen replaced right away.  We are very pleased with the overall experience with Supreme Window and Door.

"Darren at Lumbee was really great to work with when replacing our roof. After a a major hailstorm, we decided it was  time. He knew exactly how to deal with the insurance companies and always had the correct forms on hand that would need to be submitted. He looked for ways to save on using our insurance funds and came in below the estimate. He made sure to give us better quality shingles than what was installed before. When our roof in the neighborhood seemed to be on the border for being replaced, he made sure to advocate for us. It turned out the insurance company did not disagree.
