"I had windows installed and that went well. I also had repair of siding and that went well except a large portion of my front lawn was destroyed and no efforts made to offer to repair it. That was disappointing. Gutters were installed and that went well."

"I have to say that Matt, Dave and Rich were amazing! They were professional, friendly and cleaned up after themselves! I will tell anyone I know looking for windows to call Rite Window for sure. Happy customer Darlene"

"Home, genius exteriors did an awesome job installing my windows. They look beautiful inside and out. Everyone from home genius was very pleasant to work with, from the crews to the project manager to the salespeople. The project manager was very knowledgeable. I'll recommend home genius to my friends and family."

"Always Waterproofing did a fabulous job on installing an egress window in my basement. They ran into an unforeseen pipe and ended up moving it and doing additional drywall work. I would highly recommend them for any projects. Professional, fair pricing and communicative."

"The installation of the new windows went ok. Only complaint I had is that the color selection was limited, and the white I had to select did not match the off-white of the window trim."

"Very professional and polite. Bill Took the time to explain the process and necessary time to fix. He also explained all questions that were asked to the best of his knowledge. I highly recommend his services."

"The service from this vendor was great. He came on time to fix our windows. He was able bring the correct match of paint and finished the job with the great quality. I recommend to use this vendor for window repairs."

"He did a real good job of cleaning up. He has a helper and he always works with him. He does not put him on the job and come back and check later. He did a good job and he was supposed to give me an estimate on repairing of the wall. He was honest and hardworking and that is why i went with me. I am concerned about matching colors on my roof and he paid details to that. My brother said however they had not fill up a couple of ports on the roof. He thought they over looked it other than that he did a good job."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"The windows were manufactured earlier than we expected and we were promptly contacted about installation. Although we were told the installation was scheduled for two days, the four man crew that arrived was able to finish in a single day! Each window was installed with the same consistency in quality and efficiency. Furthermore, the crew did an excellent job protecting our floors and furnishings in every room. When it comes to evaluating the installation crew, we couldn't be happier. Regarding price, we probably paid more than we should, but that's on us. We advise getting several other quotes first and then get Castle's quote. This will definitely help in your negotiating. The windows have definitely helped to eliminate draftiness in our home and helped to maintain a consistent temperature."
