"Originally went well, measured and later installed the windows. Day after noticed one pane was cracked. Arrangements were made for a repair person to come down and fix it. He showed up as scheduled but glass was not cut right so it could not be fixed. He said on 1/5 when next delivery of glass comes in (about 2 weeks) he would come and fix it. Never heard a word, Guess I will have to initiate it.
