"A++ Clog-Busters!! We called in the early morning and they were out to our house within a couple of hours. We will definately recommend this company to friends and family! Chris V., the plumber, who was professional and knowledgeable, came to our house and within an hour he had diagnosed, and de-clogged the main drain, and re-set the toilet. He also left our house clean of the debris pulled from the drain. Thank-you!"

"I had been having problems with our tank water heater when returning from Florida. I solicited bids from three plumbers for a tankless water heater. One wanted to charge me just for providing an estimate so didn't request one from that plumber. A second plumber had provided a quote for a medium size tankless water heater and was NOT going to run a new gas line, even though the Navien brochure indicated that a half inch gas line could be used only up to 24 feet (the gas line in our house was 45 feet from the gas meter to the water heater location.
Miles Plumbing provided a very competitive price including the largest size Navien tankless water heater and adding a second 3/4 inch gas line for the water heater. The day after receiving their quote and scheduling the installation, our tank water heater stopped working. Miles moved up their installation date to the next day and had the job completed that day with a crew of four plumbers. They were extremely friendly, professional and took great care not to soil any part of the house while doing the installation. During the installation, Mr. Malone told me that the pressure switch on our water pressure tank (we have a well) needed to be larger to make the water heater work right. He also installed the larger switch for only the cost of the switch. Now in addition to a new water heater, we have much better water pressure in our house.
We love the new water heater and the peace of mind of not having to worry any more about a leaking or non-functioning water heater. We have used several different plumbers over the years and Mike Malone and his crew are by far the best.
"

"
They started by removing everything from the bathroom except for the toilet. I am an 81 year old woman with only one bathroom so this was a problem. Everyone who worked on the bathroom was very kind, professional and did their best to make things easy and comfortable for me, including one young man that made extra trips to make sure I had a working toilet every night. I've never worked with a more hard working, polite and caring group of young men. I had included replacing the sink drains behind the wall because I have had a slow draining or completely plugged sink drain many times. When they started doing this, they found a pipe that was starting to break so they had to replace that and the 4 inch waste and vent pipe from above the toilet to the basement floor. Shawn added a very moderate price to the original proposal. The bathroom is beautiful. They did an excellent job on the tiling, both on the floor and in the shower. I have absolutely no complaints on anything that was done to complete this project. I would highly recommend Miteff Plumbing for any project small or large. They deserve an A+ rating.

y i
"

"Have had them out twice now, last fall to check our furnace, this summer to check our central air. Both times excellent service, reasonably priced. I have no complaints and will continue to use them when HVAC work is needed."

"Very helpful and considerate! Larry has accomplished what 2 other contractors couldn't and has been more than fair with cost. So far, excellent experience. He is working on a permanent fix for a situation created by a careless installer nearly one year ago. Would recommend him to anyone! Thank you Larry!
"

"I called because the gas was going off when I turned on the gas logs of the fireplace. He came within the hour on a Saturday, explained and showed what the problem was and how it would be repaired. He then returned the logs in a nice fashion and cleaned up all debris. A very satisfactory result all around.
"
