"Ken called before he came and got here on time. He was alone as he said his helper was not to be there today. He worked hard. Explained everything about my AC unit inside, air ducts and advised of things I could make it better and also what things my regular service checks should look for. He opened and cleaned the entire ac unit of ducts, sucked out, did each register, cleaned those outside and sucked and cleaned out with a roto brush while sucking. Put all back together. Little mess. I just swept floors and vacuumed a bit. His units to decrease mold installed are so much cheaper than any others! This guy is great and busy. Only Takes checks or cash, but only $199.00 for unlimited ducts /one unit. He works hard and alone took 3 hours! Good work. Sanitize also! House is clean! Thank you ! Telling my Neighbors!"

He went above and beyond by helping to wrap my refrigerant lines that were deteriorating from age, he also cleaned the condenser coils while checking the system out. Aric was knowledgable, professional, funny, courteous and respectful of my home. Not only did he fix my problem at nearly 8pm (and showed up 30 mins after my initial call) we discussed a plan for problem that needed to be addressed in the near future. He had the fourth thought to ask if he could use a chemical to clean my coil or if it would be better to use vinegar due to the health issues in my home. He listened. I was panicked when I made the initial call to 3 Guys due to the serious health issues of a family member who I am a care taker for. She can’t be without AC. The next available appointment was the following day. I was so panicked that I hung up on the young man that took my call. He called me back within 10 minutes with a tech already on the way.
