"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Over the past year RTT hreplace a forty year old HVAC system with a new one in one of my properties, They replace a furnace in another and fixed an AC in a third. They offer excellent, high wuality service at very competitve prices. They are extreley honest and trusteorthy, aleays available by phone and email, good communicatoes and friendly I recommend that RTT Heating and Cooling should be your first choice when it comes to any and all of your heating and cooling needs. "Short and sweet. They did a great job. They worked around HVAC company who was already here servicing the unit. The only reason they got a B on quality is that they missed 2 vents in my bonus room but if I could give them a B+ I would. Over all they still deserve an A."

"Stephen was able to come out within two hours of our call to look at our air conditioner. He quickly diagnosed the problem and set to work. He found the most cost effective solution and charged a fair price. He didn't try to sell me on a new air conditioner or services I didn't need. Our house is now cool again, four hours after we first called. I would absolutely use again. A great experience!"

"We'd been having trouble getting our dryer to work and when the dryer repairman couldn't solve the problem, called in an electrician we had previously used. He checked the current flow, which was working. When the dryer still didn't work, we purchased a new dryer, which in turn didn't work either. Thinking possibly (though not likely) that the new dryer's control panel was incompatible with the line, we returned it and replaced it with a second dryer. Still no luck.
We were pretty disheartened not to have a working dryer, but fortunately, I went online to Angies List and contacted JAC Electric. They were able to correctly diagnose and fix the problem by running a new electrical line to the breaker box.
Jason was very conscientious and knowlegeable in answering questions, and Bob, the technician on his team, was very thorough and hard-working.
We definitely would employ them again and would highly recommend them.
