"Simply put, Arik is a rock star. He called within minutes of my inquiry to find a plumber/ heating specialist on Angie's list and went the extra mile to help me. I was under a very tight timeline to repair the heating system within 24 hours because we were closing on our house in 48 hours. He went over right away and assessed the problem. The stakes were high because we could not sell our house unless the problem was fixed and the work done perfectly. Arik and his crew met that challenge. Excellent work. Timely response. Fair price. And he stands by his work. Note that this was a family house that I was selling on Long Island. I live in California so everything I did to find him and coordinate with him was long distance. I felt right away I could trust him and that he was giving me a fair and accurate assessment of the problem, and the best solution. It doesn't get any better than that. I, and my family, are greatly appreciative of Arik/ Amtech for delivering the goods exactly as we needed."

"I called in the late morning and the friendly office person took down all my information and gave me a window of time between 2-4 PM. She later called and said that the serviceman got done early with his morning job and would like to know if he can come earlier. The repairman, Andrew, was professional and knowledgeable. He opened the heating system access doors and found an error code. He promptly fixed the issue and also cleaned another part, which he said could give problems in the future. He took the time to explain why the problem occurred and what he did to fix it. He also took down the make/model of the heating system in case it needs more work in the future. Since there were not parts required, I was only charged the minimum service fee. The heat is working solidly now."

"I am very happy with Mikes Air Conditioning. Here it is JULY and I while in the middle of doing some renovations to my home, I noticed the AC wasn't working the way it should be. I contacted Mike's (fearing the worst) and they sent out a service technician who was able to repair the system for a reasonable cost and buy me some more time before I have to replace the entire system. I had some minor work completed and the freon topped off and now I'm cool and comfy!  Considering all of the expenses with renovating I was very happy to not have a high repair bill. Mikes was efficient, conscientious and professional and they completed the job on time and for a reasonable cost. I recommend them for AC repair as well as installation of new units. When I'm able to replace my system, I'll be calling Mikes Air Conditioning to do the job. Building relationships and getting repeat business should be the goal of any business. I'm glad to see that Mike's takes customer service seriously.

"LG washer needed new suspension springs and shock absorbers. Responded promptly and came out within a couple of hours. Communicated well. Needed some parts from shop in Queens (we are in Williamsburg), which were brought over by a colleague during rush hour… all so that the job could be completed that evening. Workmanship was outstanding, and provided clear explanation of what was being done. Would definitely recommend."
