The next day, the contractor stated in writing that he had ?conferred? with John Kulk and repeated the same question, ?perhaps that could go through your homeowners' insurance??? * During the service, the atmosphere was uncomfortable. John Kulk said he can?t find qualified workers and complained his employees frequently argue in front of customers. We previously had to ban John Kulk?s employees from our home due to their unprofessional behavior. Given the overpricing and lack of professional conduct, the quality of service here has significantly declined. We cannot recommend this business. BUYER BEWARE."
