AJ & Neal were awesome.   They were professional, considerate of the surroundings, and always willing to stop and pause their work if I had any questions.   We really haven't had any significant rainfall, but after watching them perform the install of the downspout tie-ins and perforated pipe...I have no doubt my issues of water seepage should be gone.

Before we found Troy, we had other box store installers refuse to take up the old laminate, while acknowledging the likelihood of bumps and bubbles without pulling up. Troy didn't flinch! "There's really not that much I can say. The two men who arrived both put booties on, which was nice. One of the men ran a test for chlorine (found some) and to determine if I had hard water (I did). Normally I wouldn't have allowed two workers, since I've been burned in the past by theft. It's a common strategy for one worker to turn the water off and while you are watching the man who is doing the inspection and repair work the other is looking for items to hock. But these two seemed honest enough. After all was said and done the disposer was beyond repair -- something had "snapped." The disposer was relatively new so I wasn't about to purchase a new one. The man said he had never seen a disposer vibrate that way, but I had researched it online and it's not too uncommon. ???"
