"My review is a bit late but I didn't see it within the reviews for this company and decided to submit it again. I purchased a coupon deal through Angie’s List from this company to have my roof inspected since more than 20 years have passed since it had been replaced. The MacKays arrived promptly as stated when we made the appointment. The employees were very professional, my roof was inspected, and I was shown pictures of my roof with an explanation of its condition. Since my roof did not need to be replaced, I advised my MacKay that I would call him to replace my roof when that time came. I was very satisfied with the services provided by this company."

"Terribly dissatisfied with the pricing. Felt that the pipes could have been repaired without the bend in the pipe run and the more than unnecessary expense. I'm rating at a C-minus because of the price & felt trapped by the ultimate result of the price. I rated B's across the board because the plumber was responsive and ultimately satisfied the job. The thing that irked me was the thought that the copper pipe could have been soldered as a sleeve replacement instead of charging $700 for just one of the pipe repairs. I don't recall the final pricing as its been over 2 years since the repair."

"Nicto had a staff of very nice and professional workers.  We never wanted to rebuild our chimney because we have see other houses that have it done and it does not match.  The chimney was so cracked from the hard winter that we were concerned about water damage if we did fix it.  Nicto did a great job of finding new bricks (ours had cracked) and matched the mortar color very well.  They finished the job on time.  I recommend using them for chimney work.  They were a referral from Bromwells - the Fireplace people in Falls Church. <br />"

"The chimney was inspected and repaired with a new stainless steel liner. The cracked terra cotta tiles were supposed to be removed as a part of the contract. They were not. I called to see why not and to receive a credit for this portion of the contract. My call was never returned. I hired a second more reputable company to review the work and to replace my gas logs. They told me there was no reason that the terra cotta could not have been removed."
