"I initially hired Erics Quality Building to replace my fence that was falling down. When I discovered that they also do siding, I asked for a quote to replace the rotting and cracked siding on my manufactured home. Eric gave me a more than fair deal on the entire project. For slightly more than what larger companies quoted to replace the siding only on the house (with vinyl), I ended up with a new cedar fence, all new fiber/cement siding (with fresh paint) on both the house and garage, all new windows on the house, all new gutters, new skirting, and new front door. Eric and his crew were friendly and respectful. They worked hard and did a fantastic job. Eric kept me up-to-date on what was happening when, if they ran into any snags or surprises, and made sound recommendations. He rearranged his schedule to accommodate my last minute request to add new windows. This was my first foray into the world of home improvement and I have heard/read horror stories of sleazy, underhanded contractors, so I was wary when I started this project. My experience was just the opposite. Eric is refreshingly honest and ethical. He takes pride in the quality of his company s work, and cares about the client s happiness with the finished product. The new fence is beautiful; the house looks fresh and welcoming. I would absolutely recommend Erics Quality Building for whatever home improvement project you may have."

"Owner of the company came to my property and he gave me a thorough bid covering the cleanup and disposal of 30 yrs of debris. He had his own dumpster trailers and his own equipment necessary to do the job. I am a very environmentally conscious person and he took the time to separate recyclables and lawn debris in different dumpsters for removal. He also gave me a fair bid to do the differed maintenance on my out buildings around my property and was able to restore multiple buildings that other contractors said would have to be torn down-removed and built new at a larger expense. We’ve recently had him back to build a hot tub surround with transparent roofing out of 120 yrs old barn wood posts that was saved from a building that couldn’t be remodeled. Definitely will have him back for future projects, highly recommended."

He kept in good contact with us, was flexible, punctual, and fully provided all of the relevant information up front so there was no misunderstanding. The work was performed very well at the agreed-upon price, and completed on time. We were impressed with John's effort to make sure the wireless system worked with the Wifi app, and that we were comfortable with how everything worked. An excellent experience all around for us. "I am getting ready for a new kitchen and am acting as an owner contractor, so needed a lot of little things done that a general contractor (like Mark) would normally oversee. Great communication with owner Mark prior to job; he made recs for other contractors I have hired. Day of, there was a little scheduling mix-up, but, soon remedied. Mark and Travis quickly pulled out my old cabinets in great shape so they can go to Rebuilding Center. Then after this was done, Travis took over for the rest of the weekend. He was organized, capable, efficient and thorough, checking with me frequently to make sure projects were meeting my expectations. Both he and Mark frequently said "We just want you to be happy" which is a position I sincerely wish everyone in my life would take! When things came up, as they invariably do, solutions were quickly found, with various outcomes clearly explained. When I originally outlined my project for Mark, he estimated that my do list would exceed the 16 hours I contracted for and this was indeed the case. I plan to finish this project with them. As a single woman, I sometimes feel patronized or, occasionally, have had contractors try to take advantage of my presumed ignorance. I never once felt that these two were anything but respectful, courteous, and desirous of meeting fully my expectations. I would not hesitate to hire them again. I wish my budget would have allowed me to let them manage the whole project!

"Robert and his crew were absolutely the best team to work with. We have had contractors out to our place to do various fix it and small remodel projects, but none of them have performed as well as Robert and his crew. They are amazingly flexible, partnering with us when we asked for changes or new additions to the plan. Robert clearly communicated the changes in cost and time based on my new requests and provided suggestions on how to make our remodel even better. He allowed us to buy many of the the supplies from Home Depot which helped us finance the cost. Robert would explain everything that he was going to do and what he needed ahead of time - no surprises. He and his team were also there when they said they were going to be, did exactly what they said they would do and we could not be happier with the results or the process to get us there. Everyday they cleaned up their work areas, leaving the place livable for us since we stayed the duration of the tear out and rebuild. They took all the construction debris with them regularly so there were never any big piles that lasted. The crew had amazing attention to detail and were very personable to work with and respected our family. Often times even helping me carry groceries in from the car. Our home is BEAUTIFUL!  We love it! The work has increased the value and the livability. They will be my first choice for all of our home projects in the future. Thank you CDC!"
