"Initially I had my AC repaired due to a leak. They were upfront about it possibly not holding the Freon..But for a couple of hundred dollars, I wanted to try it over replacing the entire HVAC sysrem. Mine was 33 years old at that point. So the Freon lasted about a month and I said let's just try it one more time and they were willing to try although again they said it probably isn't going to last even with "stop leak" added. Well it lasted about 5 days. So, when I called them to have them install a new HVAC, they took the second service call and credited it to the new HVAC. I have had the new HVAC for about a month, with the Google Nest thermostat and I could not be happier. Tony, JD, Mike and the other guys are the best. Amazing, professional, honest, with a fair to low price. I honestly would have paid more based on other bids. I would say don't even bother with other bids, but that wouldn't he prudent. So, get other bids but go with these guys. I promise you you will not be disappointed. I could not have asked for a better experience!!!"

"<br /> <br />The service was beyond excellent! I went down to the basement to take the lawn mower out and saw that the basement was flooded. I checked and the water was coming out of two spots (the water heater tank overflow stack and by the whole house water filter. I called Dawson Mechanical and the owner got right back to me.  He said he would send his crew right over and that he would also come to take a look. They got here within 20 minutes and spent several hours fixing everything.  He said between the water temperature being set way too high and the pressure being way too high, it blew out the pressure regulator and flooded the expansion tank. He also noticed that we were missing a thermal expansion tank on the water main (which is required by code). Both he and his staff were very courteous, professional and clean.  I could not have asked for anything better.  It was a great experience. It is very hard to find a good professional. We now have our go to plumber! <br />"

"Rays HVAC tech came in and evaluated the problem with the A/C (early Sept. 2020). The coil was freezing up and dripping water. Another company wanted to replace the coil for over $3,000. Rays said it just needed free-on. Topped it off for $200 and the system ran fine after the service. would highly recommend it. Used Rays HVAC for a heating issue March 2021. Ray was quickly reachable, great communication, came the next afternoon. Great job on the repair and for a very good price."

I called to get a quote and when he came, he looked at the unit and said he thought they were wrong, and inside 20 minutes had it running like new. He could have just given me a quote for a new unit but went out of his way to repair my unit, telling me what to look for in the future, and charged me less than half of what I was charged by my â service â carrier, who was totally wrong as to what the problem was.
