"This morning we found out our water heater broke and Good Tiddings responses to our request within ten minutes. Anthony was very responsive and got someone to our house within two hours. Brian was helpful and did a great job getting everything fixed. They gave us a few instructions on future maintenance so our new water heater will remain functional. Everything was resolved within a few hours. We will definitely use their services again!"

Not only did they arrive on time and clean up after themselves, they took the time to go over the new water heater shut off valve and alarm. They helped me install the app on my phone. "Tom did an incredible job. We had no heat and no hot water with freezing temperatures outside. We were told by other companies that the boiler was beyond repair and had quotes from $16,000-$21,000. When I told Tom I was told the boiler could not be repaired, he insisted on seeing it for his own evaluation. He came in on a weekend and fixed it for a completely reasonable and affordable price, saving us over $15,000! Best of all our heat and hot water are both back and the house is once again warm and toasty! We are saving his number and will hire him again without hesitation. He is honest, reliable and trustworthy."
