They offered a reasonable solution (sealing the visible cracks and holes in the concrete and I was contacted within a couple of days with an estimate and scheduling options. Sean was our tech and he did a fantastic job diagnosing the issue beyond just the cracks. He not only address all the holes and cracks in the concrete and mortar, he sealed up additional entry points above the foundation. He sourced additional materials to cover openings for cable lines. He went above and beyond and gave us measured information on how we should continue to monitor and treat this area as the house settles. "My husband and I came across 7th State Builders online. Eddie came out to our home for our initial consultation. He was punctual and professional. He listened to our vision and took the time to draw out a plan and explain the process. He was very knowledgeable and made some great suggestions. We decided to do a big project at our home. For the back: a rebuild and waterproofing of our previous deck and a large patio to go underneath it with a fire pit and sitting wall. The front of our house needed some repairs so we had them redo our sidewalk in the same patio pavers from the back. The whole area in front of our garage was cut out and they put in new concrete and leveled it out. "Before hiring LevelLift, I contacted a friend of mine who owns a Structural Engineering firm, but only work commercial not residential.  So after receiving at least (5) estimates, we agreed that LevelLift was the company to hire.    <br /> Met with Paul Mauer of Levelift Systems, he was very nice, patient and professional along with his team.  Received a proposal for the work noted below: <br /> The work in the basement  included but not limited too grout beneath concrete, excavate & installed timber walls, <br /> raise window well & installed standard home-improvement store grade cover, raise grade, furnished & installed discharge pipes for down spouts, installed seven steel beams, new interior drainage, repaired damaged mortar joints, installed 12" high cast-in-place concrete curb between steel beams and they took care of all the Montgomery County permits and inspections.  In addition, mobilization, site preparation and  furnished & installed discharge pipe for sump pump. <br /> In addition, Paul recommended a very good Structural Engineer to take care of the structural drawings. <br /> The contract payment terms were broken down into four payments with the option of using major credit cards and we have a ten (10) year warranty. <br /> Paul and his team were very responsive, punctual, and professional and the quality of the work was excellent.  We have not had any problems in the basement since 2013.  They are highly recommended. "Kiras trimmed bushes and trees in yard and around the house.  Mulch was placed cleanly and evenly.  They edged where mulched, and looks clean and sharp.  We have several flower bed areas where they cleaned up, spruced up and made to look nice and presentable.  Front area of driveway he rearranged and made look very nice, did weeding and detailing.  Did great on the clean up, and now looks like a model home.  Not the least expensive, but by far the best landscaper I have used so far. <br />"

"They came with all the right equipment, were very professional, and gave us honest expectations. They extracted the water, took up the carpet and padding, removed the wet walls, moved the furniture around, placed commercial size dehumidifiers and fans, and disinfected the sewage affected area. This job was a nightmare because it involved other companies to collaborate with, and we ended up having asbestos, and having to dig up the concrete floor. We had to stay in a hotel and rearrange our lives! <br /> Fortunately, Triserve was able to respond to the quick changes and came back with this huge negative air machine to purify the air after the asbestos was removed. Plus, they reinstalled the existing carpet on one floor, installed brand new carpet on another floor, and repaired the walls within a week of the emergency. We finally have our house back to normal. We would not hesitate to call again or tell our friends about Triserve. They were very helpful, especially when it came to dealing with the insurance agency and giving us helpful information, especially about our health."
