"Getting the punctuality right was a problem, but that was a communication problem between the dispatcher and the worker. I was planning to take a half day off from work so I could be home while the work was done and ended up having to take the whole day from work.  When the young man finally arrived to do the work, he was very efficient, knew what he was doing, was very neat, clean and did  an excellent job of installing the kitchen lights. When he finally did arrive he had the work done in the time they estimated about 2 hours and a half.
The dispatcher did call back and apologize for the appointment timing mix-up. I am not certain how the communication  problem happened.
We still get small shocks from the two light switches, but not as bad as before, so perhaps the new switches did help somewhat. The whole experience was o.k.  We are very happy with the kitchen lights.
