Blaine Harvey came out to perform the estimate and he was thorough with his inspection and provided an estimate for the repair. I signed up immediately and the job was scheduled very quickly. I just had the repair completed this morning by Orlando, Jordon Reyes, and Lorell and I am very satisfied! "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
