"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Their tech, Nelson arrive in a timely manner and spent a great deal of time evaluating the problem and explaining to us how an imperfect installation of a replacement coil was the cause of the leak. He also explained that the reason the previous contractor couldn't properly install was because of the poor access due to the original bad installation of the unit. He suggested installing a replacement air handler and modifying the placement of the new unit to conform to code. The following morning a 2 man crew arrived and replaced the unit with skill and efficiency. We have had no problems since. The unit runs quietly and the condensation is quickly removed through the old sump pump."

"Excellent company! We are very satisfied.We have lived in our south Florida house for 25 years. This is our 3rd AC. We were told by the other AC people that it was not possible to get the temperatre to 75 degrees in the heat of summer, in the middle of the day. "From what I can tell, this is the only AC service company that has staff smart enough to do ductless AC. None of the mom&pop shops in my area would even consider ductless. Shame as itâ s far more convenient, better value, and less maintenance. Plus, if a unit goes down, itâ s just one room. (Ductless compressors are far more dependable than they were a decade past.) One call and Premier was out, typically the same or next day. The staff were well spoken, savy in diagnosing the problem, and courteous in their treatment of the house and occupants. "I just DIY installed my brand new ComfortStar 12,000 BTU 20 Seer 2 last night in my car garage. The installation went well and the mini split was impressive in quietly & quickly cooling a 2 car garage. The next morning the cool from the AC got warm. There was a leak throughout the night and by the afternoon when no cool air was given. I starting looking online to find R410A frigerant to pickup near me. I found out that R410a is to be discontinued with the exception of ordering online…with delivery time & no immediate replacement. I reached a few local HVAC techs but appointments were a day or two later. Adrian Cooling & Heating LLC’s & Arlet answered my distress call. A few hours was all it took with a friendly & knowledgeable tech to diagnose, refill refrigerant(2lbs) & checked to make sure no leaks. Bravo, an amazing rescue and my much needed work to be done in my cooled garage is very appreciated.
