"I made an appointment for a one-piece Kohler toilet removal and installation of a new Kohler Tresham toilet estimate initially, after getting an estimate from Angi for same quote for $194.00. "Eddie" came out and was very professional and highly skilled (had installed this toilet model many times) and shocked me with the price quote of $400! I negotiated and got an offer for $350 and proceeded with the install. It took this professional one hour to remove and install new toilet. He hauled away the old toilet as well. I would love to have "Eddie" as my plumber for everything but will not be doing business with this company in the future because of the exorbitant and unfair charges. It was explained to me that this was a specialty toilet but one piece toilets traditionally are less expensive labor wise to install."

"John Williams Plumbing showed up, didn't help, and left without a word. They just sat in the back yard for 34 minutes while the apprentice walked around the yard with a hammer and the plumber himself did not leave the truck. We called to have our water repaired and as we do not have water after their departure, apparently no work was done. Absolutely nobody deserves to be subjected to the laziness they call "service" and I would leave less stars if I could."

We chose your company based on a friend's recommendation, and you were the final company we contacted for an estimate. We were immediately impressed with your salesperson and decided to move forward with the project. While we were initially told the job would be done quickly, we NOW understand that cast iron pipe replacement is a significant undertaking. There were some miscommunications along the way, with different employees providing conflicting information. However, Tiffany and Taylor were both very helpful, especially Taylor who answered all of my many emails. Fred, the Service Manager, also came to our home to address our concerns and explain the process, which we appreciated very much. Ultimately, we are satisfied with the work that Erica's Plumbing performed. Replacing cast iron pipes is not a small job, and it did take some time. However, we believe that the quality of the work was worth the wait. We would recommend Erica's Plumbing for any plumbing needs."
