Despite being assured that we would not require water filters for the next decade, we now find ourselves in dire need of them. The replacement cost is exorbitant at $800, which is unreasonable for such a poor job. "They did not have the courage to call me and tell me they were going to be late. I waited from 11 am to 3Pm for them but no one came . I call the office and it was indicated that my name was not in their computer but funny that after half an hour , one of their workers called me and say that he was waiting and no one was home. Sure after waiting so long and was disappointing . Why they did not have the courage to call me and say that they were to come late? I call that very inefficient. I was in the military for over 30 years and not even one time I experienced anything like that"
