Technician did a nice job on the repair and adding an extra faucet/spigot for our use. Only issue we had was the cost. Outrageous. They did discuss the fees in advance so we knew what to expect. But with the leak slowly flooding the area, we didn't want to wait for mutiple quotes."

Explained what we wanted, which was removal of an old Hot Water Heater and replacement with a new water heater. An appointment was scheduled for the next day at 11:30am. David called next day, Sunday morning, to confirm the appointment and stated he would be able to come earlier. Upon his arrival, he assessed the issue and recommended the brand, the size and provided an immediate estimate. David was more reasonable than any of the other five companies contacted, including Lowe's and Home Depot! This owner was courteous, knowledgeable and very professional.
