Mitchell handled a drywall repair issue related to the installation by taking personal responsibility and action to cover the cost himself. Seatown plumbing manager initially said they were not covering the repair, but after speaking with Mitchell this morning confirmed that Seatown will reimburse him for the cost of repair. Mitchell exhibited a high level of competency in his work, and an equally high level of character."

"First appointment was a week out(Friday) from original call which was ok since furnace was still running. Reggie arrived within the specified window calling ahead to verify that arrival time was ok. I showd him to the furnace and had him listen to the sound on a video I had made. He agreed that the fan motor was going bad. He called the parts warehouse and ordered the part. Told me it would be at his office on Monday. Made repair appointment for Wednesday. Gave me estimate of repair and got my OK. Arrived on Wednesday and completed repair in half an hour. Tested. AOK. Reggie put on "booties" on both visits to avoid bringing in dirt/wet. Everything was explained clearly. Cost was as provided on first visit. Very satisfied with the whole experience."

"I wanted to pass on my experience with Evergreen who went the extra mile after my Mitsubishi slim AC started leaking water before the hot summer months. However after I informed them it was registered and parts were under warranty they dropped me like a hot potato and never called back. On the other hand Victoria at Evergreen called me regularly to update on the warranty and parts and scheduled a full day repair with Jesse, an excellent technician. He used appropriate PPE, educated me about the problem, even provided less expensive options, and finally completed the long arduous process of replacing parts and recharging the refrigerant all for a reasonable amount.
