"Service came to my house within 30 minutes of me contacting them to them to replace my broken water tank with an O.A. Smith brand. The person took the time to educate me about what had to be done to replace the hot water tank and why it needed to be put in a certain way. Person also took the time to teach me how to maintain the hot water tank. Their man office stayed in touch with me during the installation and followed up afterwards to be sure I was satisfied with every aspect of the installation process."

"The water district called about a leak. They said it was leaking 35 gallons an hour and I was really impressed with Mr. Rooter. It was a major thing for us. It was pricey but how do we know. You've got a leak and you need someone to come. The reason we used them is because they had a good rating on Angie's List and they gave a senior discount."

"We had Mike Morris (plumber) and Brandon Arellano (apprentice) out to replace our tankless water heater and fix our condensation tubes and connect them to the exterior. They did a tremendous job of explaining the work, keeping the work place tidy, and completing the job on time.
