They offered a free estimate and arrived soon after we contacted them. There was excellent communication about what we needed, their design suggestions and the price. Within a week of having met, the finished product is a beautifully designed deck that is strong and impeccably constructed. Rafael, the owner, Roberto, our primary builder, and the rest of the crew were consistently professional and friendly. Great work ethic. "The work he did was generally done well, although I was a little disappointed in what was done on a couple of really minor items. I also wish he had used replacement boards on the deck that more closely matched the remainder of the boards, even if they weren't pretreated. The biggest problem was that he got an idea on how to resolve a problem that was more than what I wanted, and I wasn't able to get him to dial back what he did. I will say that they did come out well done and looking good."
