"These guys were FANTASTIC. Our 580 square foot deck has insane angles, two staircases, dry decking for an outdoor living space underneath the deck, and complicated joists and posts. They did an incredible job paying attention to detail and symmetry. Our deck was 50 years old and these guys had to tear it down and rebuild it with new materials. We found some issues with the top plates and instead of just bandaging it and moving on like most companies would do, they fixed it and made it better than it was before. We have a large outdoor living area underneath the deck so we chose Duxxbak dry decking. If youâ re not familiarâ ¦this is literally the hardest material to work with on an angled deck and they figured out every little tricky detail. They even created pieces that donâ t exist to make it work. I was especially impressed with Johnâ s mind :) The only negative to this material was that there was a lot of waste. This made the cost more expensive than any of us were anticipating. With that being said, Jesse worked with us in every way possible and couldnâ t have been any more genuine and honest throughout the process. Not only does it look beautiful, but it is structurally sound and will last forever. I truly do believe that you get what you pay for. Their labor may be a little more expensive than other quotes you may get, but I can promise you theyâ re worth every penny. Theyâ re detail oriented, clean, professional, and extremely good at what they do. They even worked in the rain some days and always left it clean when they left for the day. As a real estate agent, I see a lot of terrible decks and I can tell you that I will be recommending these guys to ALL of my clients in need of repair or new builds. 10/10 recommend Summerlin Exterior Solutions!"

"Put a deposit on 6/11/24 work was to start 6/25/24. He sent Ken out 6/26/24. Ken was a very nice and knowledgeable person with what needed to be done. Found out on 6/27 that putting the shower doors was not included, didn't quiet understand why it wasn't included Ken remove the shower doors We just assumed that he would install them back. Got a call from Chris saying that it was going to cost $300 extra dollars to install back the doors but he would give us a break and only charge $150. Still didn't understand it but wasn't in the mood to argue, they took down to shower heads and my handicap bars and replace them without an extra charge. So by my experience make sure every thing is in the contract Don't assume anything. 4 days later after the job was finished found out Ken did not put the screws back in the shower faucet or put the tracks on the shower doors. He done a good job just not completely happy with the small things."

They are very prompt in returning calls, answering texts and with any questions I had during the entire process. Crew is VERY hard working, pays attention to detail and put touches on this project I wasn't expecting. Estimated time for this project was 3 days. Everything was completed instead in 1 and 1/2 days. "We hired Colton Lingle to turn our unfinished attached basement garage/workshop into a custom library with a window seat. It was a very comprehensive job with many different components (ex: removing/replacing garage door with interior/exterior wall and windows, HVAC access, installing lighting, installing/finishing/painting drywall and ceiling, custom made shelves, trimwork, flooring, etc). He researched what permits we needed and procured them for us. Then, every single day he turned up on time and worked all day until the job was finished, which was all done in a timely manner and with as little interference to our everyday home life as possible. His courtesy, good manners, and professionalism were unparalleled, and very greatly appreciated, especially considering the environment he had to work in, as we weren't even unpacked yet, and we have five large dogs, you can imagine the chaos. He cleaned up after his work and was very careful with all our things. He very generously even tackled a few other tiny projects around the house, as well as gave us good advice about maintenance and future projects in other areas of our home. The quality of his work is masterful. Our new library is flawless and beautiful, and it is precisely what we asked him for. We can't recommend Colton Lingle highly enough.
