"I hire sabillon contracting to installed new flooring through out my entire three bedroom home, remodeling my kitchen and paint the exterior of my home and I'm very glad I hire sabillon contracting. They were a pleasure to work with . Each team work professional, kind and courteous they were also very skills at the work they did. Jim the property manager was extremely helpful,he help me pick all my colors and materials for the kitchen, flooring and paint job,he also tightly managed the project from day one and make sure everything came out right,I would highly recommend Jim and his team,he did great job."

"They were on time and professional. The job did not go without problems though. After installation we had a rainy day and had several leaks at the back porch cover. They did come back within 2 days and fixed the problem. Also had some shingles that were sticking up on the roof and they added more glue and that fixed the problem. As far as I can tell at this point, all leaks have been fixed in a timely manner. They were quick to respond to our problem. I would hire them again, but my husband was super upset and he does not share my sentiment. He did not expect any problems after job completion. I was much more calm and had no doubt they would come back and all would be well....which it was in the end."

"They perform a quality custom reconstruction on an outside shed. The work was performed timely and efficiently. They worked around the objects in the shed that could not be removed."

"

Extraordinary! I hired ProTek after obtaining several quotes. Their pricing was in the middle but Emmanuel?s response, professionalism and his detailed estimate made me select his company. I could not have made a better selection! The crew that did the pressure washing did a magnificent job! I have had pressure washing done over the years but it has never been cleaned like this, it was the whitest that I have ever had it. The crew worked hard and I could not be more pleased!

Due to the rain that we were getting, it took a few days for ProTek to get the deck painted as Emmanuel wanted to ensure that it was dry enough. The deck is approximately 8 years old and had never been stained, only pressure washed. It now looks like a brand new deck! The crew did an exceptional job, paying attention to detail, replaced two balusters and cleaned up thoroughly behind themselves. With both jobs Emmanuel both called and came by to ensure that I was pleased with the work. If you need any pressure washing or painting done, then this is the company you should hire! I will definitely be using them in the future!

"team consisting of Taylor, Cody, and Garrett showed up on time this morning and installed 100 bales of pine straw in about an hour. Guys did great job of installation to include the cleaning up at the end and I was very happy with the efficiency of process."

"We have hired Perfection Roofing and Siding multiple times, including having them replace all of the siding on our home. "Perfection" being in the name is very well deserved. Even other contractors have commented on how good the siding looks. No one else will touch my siding or paint my house, full stop. Russ is a gem of a human being. He's responsive, fair, and even managed to introduce us to the adoption agency we got our dog from. His warranty is gold. If you raise a question or concern, he's going to make it right even years after the works is complete. Hire Perfection Roofing and Siding."

"Javier and his team got the job done right. We like that they pressure washed the house prior to painting and also replaced some damaged wood pieces and repaired window sill water damage and repainted them. They did a great job and the home looks wonderful. Thank you Javier and team for being dedicated to your profession!"

"I was ecstatic to find someone willing to come out and do the job, considering that it was literally right before Christmas and I was in a panic. A lot of other contractors were either already shut down for the holidays or finishing up jobs in order to shut down for the holidays and not taking on anymore new projects. Unfortunately, they finished late in the evening and the lighting wasn't great in the room, so I couldn't tell until the next day that most of the room needed another coat of paint. The original color was bleeding through. I ended up repainting half the room plus another coat of paint on the chair rail. Bear Mountain did reimburse me some money for this."

"They did an excellent job from start to finish. They were responsive to my initial request for a quote and came out the next day. Their quote was reasonable and they walked my property with me, showing me how the fence would look since we have a sloping hill in our backyard. Our installation dates got pushed back because of all the rain here, but they were very communicative throughout the delay. When it came time for installation, they worked at a nice pace and finished it in a couple of days. It looks fantastic and we are very happy with the end result. We would definitely use them again and already have another project in mind."
