"When I did get the service, it went well and they were done in about 2 hours and everything was done well.
Initially, there was a bit of a scheduling issue. They were supposed to come the Saturday prior at 1pm. Around 1:30PM I received a call saying the had a a job that ran long and would be unable to arrive until 4PM. Around 3:30PM or so, I received another call (which I missed) and text message asking me to call stating that they had run over again and would not be able to make it that day at all. I did speak to someone who said that they were losing the light for that day and did not want to do the job in fading light or have the noise of the job bother my neighbors. Both valid points, I did not mind rescheduling for the following Tuesday at 9:30AM. Tuesday came and they did arrive but around 1:00PM. YES, they called to let me know they were going to arrive late again. Fortunately I was also receiving housekeeping services that day so I was going to be home all day anyway. They got here, measured everything and got started. My driveway and sidewalks are noticeably bright and clean.
For all the scheduling issues, I would recommend them and I will probably use them again for other services. I attribute the scheduling issues to what was probably an overwhelming response to their 'Big Deal' offer. Also, they stayed in communication with me each time the appointment needed to be adjusted, I was never left hanging. The men performing the service were polite and thorough and ultimately that is what is most important to me.

"They did a great job and the yard looks fantastic! The only glitch was they were supposed to arrive at 12 noon, but showed up at 9 am. Apparently they had a cancellation. It would have been nice if they had called to notify me they were coming 3 hours early. Glad I was home when they arrived. Other than that I would have given them all A's."

"From the first phone calll J &E was responsive and professional. I have had a terrible time recently finding subs willing to answer the phone and if they do they either show up days late or not at all. Thankfully J &E answered, scheduled and reported to work when they said they would. On the job they kept a clean work site and worked efficiently to get work done. They were respectful and receptive to changes to scope of work. The finished work was done well and to my satisfaction at a fare price. I would recommend them"

"I was ecstatic to find someone willing to come out and do the job, considering that it was literally right before Christmas and I was in a panic. A lot of other contractors were either already shut down for the holidays or finishing up jobs in order to shut down for the holidays and not taking on anymore new projects. Unfortunately, they finished late in the evening and the lighting wasn't great in the room, so I couldn't tell until the next day that most of the room needed another coat of paint. The original color was bleeding through. I ended up repainting half the room plus another coat of paint on the chair rail. Bear Mountain did reimburse me some money for this."

"They did an excellent job from start to finish. They were responsive to my initial request for a quote and came out the next day. Their quote was reasonable and they walked my property with me, showing me how the fence would look since we have a sloping hill in our backyard. Our installation dates got pushed back because of all the rain here, but they were very communicative throughout the delay. When it came time for installation, they worked at a nice pace and finished it in a couple of days. It looks fantastic and we are very happy with the end result. We would definitely use them again and already have another project in mind."
