We spoke with probably five or six contractors in the DFW area before finding ROS. They were the only ones who could customize and source the materials, plan and design and install everything. Believe it or not, this is hard to find all-in-one! The process was so easy from start to finish and the final product - well, we can’t stop looking at our beautiful new, kid-friendly deck. We highly recommend them for any project!"

"We hired Luis Carrasco of Arbors and Patios to replace the walkway and front porch at our house in January 2021. We chose him because he had done a good job laying pavers in our rear patio a few years ago. This time we wanted decorative concrete and a larger porch. His crew began the job in early February, removing the old concrete, laying forms and pouring concrete for two sets of steps, a new path and the porch. Unfortunately, winter storms delayed the staining and completion of the project until early March. We were satisfied with the results except for one mistake -- a large, shoe-shaped stain on the sidewalk by the walkway. The stain could not be washed off or erased. Two months later, in mid May, a large crack appeared above the steps, crossing the entire width of the walkway. We were concerned that it might grow larger so we asked Luis to have someone seal the crack. Despite assurances by e-mail that he would send a crew to take care of it, nothing happened for weeks. At last, on June 24, while we weren't home, someone from Arbors and Patios applied a filler. The work was not perfect (the crack is still noticeable on one side) but we were satisfied."

This is a very honest company and they will work until the customer is happy, even on weekends. I had a very tight timeline for my project (3 weeks total) for 2 complete bathroom demo’s and remodels, kitchen cabinet refacing, and closet build outs. The job was 80% done in 3 weeks and I was able to move in while they finished the rest. Very moderately priced as well. I will definitely use them for another project and would recommend them, especially for full bathroom remodels. "
