"This was an extremely small repair to my screen porch but they treated it like it was a major project. Will hire again when we renovate the entire porch. If you need anything done to your screen enclosure or porch....Call them first."

"We love our screen porch! Great work, great people."

Outdoor living contractor specializing in decks, pergolas and porches.

"Jeff came out and explained the different types of hurricane shutters that would work with our area. We ordered and when they came out to install all was perfect, professional and we couldn’t be happier with our choice."

"I highly recommend Greg Luebbe and Total Home Roofing. We loved our neighbor's new roof and inquired with her to find out who did the work. She said Total Home Roofing did two of her three daycare buildings. She said Greg Luebbe was her salesman. Greg came over to the house and was very nice and helpful. He not only gave us a thorough presentation, and a great price, he got up on our steep roof and tarped over the missing shingles to prevent leaking until they could install the roof. The roof was installed exactly one week after he sold us. My husband and I are very pleased with the whole experience!"

"I had two doors to be home without the frame. He came and did a very good job. The only reason why I gave A B for quality was one door was put on upside down. Which was fixed before he left"

"Steve is great!!! He helped me resolve a big problem created by another painter who had made a big mess of the exterior of the house I was trying to sell. Steve was very professional and did a beautiful job in a timely manner for a reasonable price. I can strongly recommend him. I will definitely use him for any future painting or pressure washing needs."

"Roofing USA were very professional throughout. They were punctual, although the work got done a few weeks later than planned but such delays happen in this industry. They seem to have done a good job with the Gaco coating, although I did have to ask them to come back after they were done to redo a few patches that didn't get a thick enough layer. They were happy to do that. They only had to resurface part of my roof - the rest is a walkable roof deck - and they did leave many spots of Gaco on the roof deck which I had to ask them to come back and remove. I though the price was expensive but it was easily going to work out cheaper than the other two companies I contacted. They also had the least disruptive plan for working around my AC/heating unit. I got a higher bid from A+ Sustainable Coatings, and Hollywood Roofing told me I would have to hire a crane to lift that unit off the roof while they worked, which they said would be about $2500. I never did get a complete bid from them but with that extra cost I assumed it wouldn't be competitive, and I didn't think the crane was necessary. With Roofing USA, the price worked out at about $7 per square foot."

"Initially Southern Screen came to the house to see and measure out what I wanted to have done. Within a day or two was given written estimate with diagrams to review. Upon accepting the estimate they ordered the slider. It took a couple of weeks to arrive from manufacturer. Then we set up an installation appointment. They arrived on time and within half day the install was done. Very professional! It really is nice. At a later date I am having them return to build a small screen porch on the existing patio slab in the rear of house."

"Best company treated us same as by heir huge jobs gave a fair honest quote unlike all the others we reached out to wouldn't give us time of day or give an exorbitant price so as not to be bothered, MICHAEL & his team were extremely profesional &did an excellent job tie in to existing driveway chunks that broke off, would rehire in a flash highly recommend above anyone else on ANGIE'S list( & we contacted at least 5 ) no one wanted to be bothered with job due to the size?"
