Three low balled me a but turned out to be crooks or psychos. I had to call the police on one. Stump's was the greatest. Slightly below average in price, even. They were courteous, professional and understanding from the start. The workers, as promised, were polite, didn't play music, curse or engage in any embarrassing behavior. They just worked. "The office worked with me as I have an old white aluminum fence. The workers were very prompt and exceeded my expectations for balancing a gate that was badly askew. We could not locate white hinges so they painted the black ones for me. Both gates were balanced perfectly and the front one was raised to accommodate a new walkway.
