"I originally phoned Eric, 4.5 years ago, during the build out of our veterinary clinic. I needed a matte finish, non-slip, easy clean, no grout and super durable (20 + years) floor. Eric came to my location, the same day, to explain the process and show me samples. Eric also directed me to another vet clinic, where I could see the very same floor I wanted. I was able to see for myself how the floor was holding up and talk to the people who used it everyday and were responsible for cleaning it. Eric was attentive to our timeline. His staff was courteous and professional. It’s no small task coordinating the timing of grinding and prepping the concrete, laying down the layers of concrete coating and getting the walls painted without trashing the paint or the floor. Eric made it happen, when it needed to happen. Recently, we had a small area in the floor, where the concrete itself bubbled and broke apart, which damaged the coating surface. Eric came and explained what happened. He fixed the floor in one, hassle free visit and it was covered by the warranty. We couldn’t be happier with First Class Coatings and our floor. "He came and tested the circuits and found out that not only did I have a defective circuit breaker for my outside lights, he also discovered a bad receptacle that had blown out a circuit breaker that I wasn't even aware of. He installed the new breakers and receptacle and installed a new fixture for the outside lights that had probably caused the problem with the circuit breaker to begin with. Everything worked when he was done and he was very prompt and charged a reasonable price for the services he performed. I would definitely use him again."

"Dallas came to give us an estimate and preview the work. He helped us pick a color and made recommendations on the colors that would work best for the colors of our home. Nick and James came out to do the work exactly on schedule. They completed the work in a day. We had them apply additional coats of stain and texturing until we were happy with the outcome. They did this without question and stayed late into the afternoon until we were satisfied. A couple of days later the sidewalk still looked a little light to us and they came out the next day and applied additional coats until we were happy.
This was a superb experience. They did excellent work and were a dream to work with. They really bent over backwards to make us happy with the job and I can't recommend them highly enough. If I ever have another job like this or anyone is looking for a recommendation I will recommend Environmental Management in a second."
