Mike and his guys did a great job. They took my ideas and helped me create a better design for the layout in my yard.  The materials showed up when they said they would prior to installation. The crew showed up on time and worked efficiently and did excellent work. The job was finished when they said they would and left the area clean of debris and ready to use. "I originally phoned Eric, 4.5 years ago, during the build out of our veterinary clinic. I needed a matte finish, non-slip, easy clean, no grout and super durable (20 + years) floor. Eric came to my location, the same day, to explain the process and show me samples. Eric also directed me to another vet clinic, where I could see the very same floor I wanted. I was able to see for myself how the floor was holding up and talk to the people who used it everyday and were responsible for cleaning it. Eric was attentive to our timeline. His staff was courteous and professional. It’s no small task coordinating the timing of grinding and prepping the concrete, laying down the layers of concrete coating and getting the walls painted without trashing the paint or the floor. Eric made it happen, when it needed to happen. Recently, we had a small area in the floor, where the concrete itself bubbled and broke apart, which damaged the coating surface. "Appointment was easy to arrange and the provider was very responsive.  In fact, he allowed us to use his contractor number to achieve a discount on the paint!  The painter was on time and spent great deal of time masking off the area to be painted and placing plastic on floor to prevent damage and spills. We had a special of 8 hrs of a interior painting.  The job wasn't quite finished but it was no fault of the painter.  His work was excellent and the care for our home was superb.  Highly recommend this provider.
