"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Crew showed up on time and worked hard. It would have been great if one of the workers wasn't constantly spitting all over my landscaping. Completely gross. And the crew would lean items such as ladders and vacuum parts against my house that compromised the stucco. I had to tell them 3 times to stop doing that. Since completion of the project, I have reached out to Attic Masters 3 times (1 via email, 2 via phone messages) to call me as I need information and pictures from them to complete my local rebate information. Have never heard back. Why? Attic Masters sold me on "better crews" and "rebate help" and both have been nonexistent. Do the right thing and call me back!"

He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. We are very satisfied with our solar system and I highly recommended Mega Power Electric Inc."
