"I have an annual maintenance contract, they come twice a month, twice a year. So, they are always here in like May and November. I would give their service an ?A?! I don?t like that now they make you pay for the year up front and if you don?t buy multiple years, they charge a lot more money. I don?t like their new maintenance agreement at all.



I think it is ridiculous, to ask for a couple thousand dollars up front, otherwise you pay. It?s not consumer friendly, but their people are excellent! So, I want to be clear, that I love the guys that they send out! I just think that it is a poor business practice.



I have 2 heaters, 2 air conditioners & 2 humidifiers. I think I signed up for 2 or 3 years, whatever was required to get the better price. The thing is, if you are a loyal customer and have been with them forever, you should be able to pay bi-annually or annually, shouldn't?t have to pay multiple years! I think that is very anti-consumer position! 



The ownership is obviously my issue, their people are great! I just really want to make that clear, about how great their employees are! I give them a ?D? for their new contract, I don?t like the way their new pricing structure is! There is not perfect, but they?re good."

"The Besco team (sales, service, customer service) was a breath of fresh air for us. We purchased an older home and have had a series of mechanical issues (AC / Furnace) and recently had to replace our hot water heaters. The sales team was very helpful in outlining our various options in a low-pressure approach. The install team was exceptional in that they guys were willing to modify their placement of the unit so that we could use the (now) unused space for other (read: storage) purposes. This took add’l time and also required them to do a little additional work to make it work best for us. THEY DID THIS WILLINGLY BECAUSE IT MADE SENSE FOR US!! "I have used Home Comfort on prior occasions to service my old furnace - they had replaced the capacitors and the main blower fan but on the most recent issue, the secondary fan went out. Rather than have it repaired (and seeing the number of repairs increasing each year), I decided it was time to replace the old furnace with a new one. I got a quote from Home Comfort for a new American Standard Gas Furnace with a 95% efficiency - it was scheduled for a Saturday. The serviceman was at my house at the time scheduled and had the entire work completed in about 4-5 hours. He was helped whenever necessary by an additional helper. They took the old furnace out and disposed of it and got rid of the packing material that the new furnace came with. It has been about 2 weeks now since the furnace was replaced and I have had no issues with the new furnace at all - it was done right the first time around. I would have no hesitation recommending this company for repairs and installation of HVAC systems."

He was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He helped me find a good system and then went out of his way to work with me on price. The All Temp quote was competitive — it wasn’t the cheapest I received, nor was it the most expensive. Installation was done by Josh and Nolan. I was very impressed with them. They were very conscientious and intentional in their work and made sure that I was happy with the install. "Furnace went out in middle of the night. Primary reason I called TR Miller was pricing - over the summer a friend of mine had mentioned that she and another neighbor had their A/C and/or furnace replaced and that TR Miller's pricing was better than others.
I called TR Miller at 8am and had technician here by 11.  Larry was friendly and professional. He said I needed  a new ignitor and I asked him to clean the furnace as well - he appeared to do a very thorough job of cleaning the furnace.  He never tried to push buying a new furnace despite the age of my current one. In my experience with previous companies it seems they ALWAYS try to push you into buying a new furnace even if  your problem is a minor one, so I appreciated not having to deal with the sales pitch for a replacement furnace.   Larry even answered my questions and concerns about my humidifier.  TR Miller will be the first and only company I call next time!
