I was given a five-hour window for the Tech to arrive. This is the longest time frame ever. I assume that the extra COVID procedures are the reason. The Tech was professional and respectful of home COVID measures."

The first power-vented water heater they put in had an issue with condensation drip-back, which caused the burner to have intermittent problems keeping the pilot light going. J&S was very professional and responsive to the problem. A month after the initial install, they ended up replacing with another brand new water heater, quickly and at no cost to us."
