Their field manager Norm stopped by my home on more than one occasion and helped me think thru my planned layout, define the right materials and ensure everything met state and federal codes. On the day the work was completed, Chris K and Julius arrived right on time and worked well into the early evening to get the job done. There work was immaculate and they took the time throughout the day to answer any questions I had. Can't thank them enough for the great work. When the city of Apex inspector came by to perform the final inspection, he looked around and within 60 seconds turned to me and said, "Wow, this is perfect!" to which I agreed wholeheartedly. "Tech was on time, professional, and very informative. Learned a lot from Antonio as he inspected our two units (split and package hvac) and performed the annual maintenance required. One unit was installed in 2006 and other two years ago. Both running well. Suggested repairs on older unit were made....may replace next year. Antonio explained less than favorable condition of old unit capacitor...still working but could go out. We'll wait to replace unit when repair costs outweigh value of old unit. Tech was very helpful in explaining status. CCA has been a very reliable HVAC service...technicians, such as Antonio, have proven to be quite competent and trustworthy."

Once a year, the technician came out to check all my electric and plumbing service. It is no cost but it will cost the ONLY something they find it wrong. "I had been told by a repairman from a company I had a service contract with that my furnace badly needed a cleaning and was quoted a price of $600 for the job as well as an additional $400 to remove a nonworking humidifier. These quotes seemed exorbitant and so I got some estimates, all much lower, and chose Dominion on the basis of reviews. Terrone said my furnace did not need a cleaning, passing up an opportunity to charge me for something I thought I needed, and repaired my humidifier for less than the cost the other company had quoted for merely removing it.
