It was necessary to dig up my neighbor's landscaping, so they were very careful to disturb only what was necessary and to restore everything to its original condition. They even replaced her broken underground downspout extension (which was draining into my basement!) without comment or additional charge. "Outstanding service.  Chris Fox does what he says he's going to do, on time and within budget.  You couldn't ask for better service and workmanship.  Chris fixed drainage problems around my foundation left by the builder, including sloping soil away from the house, fixing and hard piping all downspouts, and assisting in raising air conditioning units that had settled.  He also removed landscaping trees that the builder planted too close to the house.  One tree he transplanted was blown over by very strong winds - he came right out and staked it up.  Altogether, I have used his services 3 times and have been more than happy with his work.  He is very careful in his work.  I will definitely use him again!
