"A very professional operation - from the appointment to the installation to the testing and deployment. Glenn is a jovial and knowledgeable gentleman who paid attention to detail and despite being on the business development side of the house, he wasn't trying to just sell me a bunch of stuff or tell me to buy a bigger system than I needed. The appointment system with an advance, en route text notification w/ GPS that includes photos of employees is a smart idea. Installation was smooth, despite a torrential rain storm. Crew consistently wore booties, face masks (due to COVID), went above and beyond to deal w/ unanticipated issues, and cleaned up nicely after themselves. House is almost cold now as the new system works so much better than our older one. Pricing was competitive with others (did my due diligence). Appreciate Presidential's friendly service and would recommend them."

"JDL called within 30 min of placing my request and set up a visit. They evaluated my AC unit and agreed to repair, despite its age (more than 20 years old!). The cost was a fraction of a new unit. "Perfect! Doug is an expert Plumber that knows private water system. He removed the old equipment and installed the new. Everything is still working great. The work was done almost 13 years ago. We used all Top of the line Gould Equipment. I probably should call Doug to replace it again because breakdowns with the water system can leave you stranded."

"I contacted Bluestar Air Mechanical for a second opinion after an appointment with Air One. I have a Carrier HVAC system, and the Air One technician recommended a complete system replacement, claiming the blower was bad, the furnace control board needed replacing, and that there were other issues. Since replacing the HVAC is a big investment, I wanted to get a second opinion. It was only after comparing the service from Bluestar that I realized Air One may have been pushing for a new system sale or lacked the expertise to properly diagnose and repair the actual problems. Isaac, the technician from Bluestar, spent about an hour thoroughly diagnosing and fixing the issues. He found burnt wiring in the furnace and discovered that the wrong capacitor had been incorrectly installed in the AC. Isaac replaced the burnt wiring in the furnace and the capacitor in the AC. After these repairs, my Carrier system was back up and running—without the need for a costly replacement. Bluestar, and Isaac in particular, demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and honesty. They focused on resolving the actual issues instead of pushing for an unnecessary system replacement. "IRE YUSUFF from JDL HVAC SERVICES LLC. was Extremely Professional. Serviced our furnace for the winter, checked everything from every wire to every part to air input/output etc... IRE answered every question and explained a part that needed replaced. He showed the old part and it's voltage that was deficient then the new part and the proper voltage for our unit. He was Extremely Professional and Knowledgeable. We even decided to have him/his company to return again in the Spring to service our air conditioning. We found them through HOME ADVISOR and within 10 minutes of me requesting a quote for maintenance/service JDL HVAC SERVICES, LLC was calling me on the phone. "Great service at a fair price. The repair was replacement of several shut-off valves and a water pressure controller. Communication was far above average and I felt comfortable that Tony (their technician) understood the task. The completed project was "very professional" grade."

"Our furnace finally bit the dust after 25 years of faithful service. I had TriState do several small repairs and maintenance on it over the years, and they always did a good job. So, when the last service rep told me it was finally beyond repair, we consulted with Comfort Specialist, Darren, who isn't just a salesman, but previously installed and repaired HVAC systems. He took lots of measurements, inspected the old unit and the runs to the outside and upstairs. He took his time making calculations and offered us several options on a new system. TriState uses Daikin furnaces, which are rated in the top 5 furnaces for dependability and efficiency. The price, I thought, compared to my two other neighbors, who also recently purchased new systems, was even lower than I thought it going to be. In fact, my neighbors paid more (by thousands) and have a smaller square footage footprint than my house. We've had the unit now for over a month, and so far, it's great. It is a one-zone system, yet the upstairs will only vary by one or two degrees. This is much better than the old unit. We're hoping this small variance in temperature will also apply when the AC is on in the summer. The installers were very professional, arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner. I would definitely use TriState again, and will rely on them whenever I need service."

"It went very well. They did a good job. The cost was over $400. I don't know whether or not that's too high or not. I seldom have plumbers in so I can't say the cost was high, although I was surprised it was $400, but that could be the going rate. He seemed very agreeable and very happy. I needed something and he was happy to get it. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in that regard. As for the quality of their service, so far so good. Everything went okay. It stopped leaking."
