He showed up at the designated time and completed the job (cleaning about 700 square feet of our carpeted basement) in 3 hours. We are very pleased with the finished result. Rich was very careful to protect areas of flooring that weren't involved in the cleaning. He moved all furniture during the cleaning, and returned it to the orginal positions when done. He did an excellent job of disposing of waste water and other materials. There was nothing we needed to do when he was finished other than to enjoy our clean carpet! We will definitely call on him again when the need arises."

Professional, communicative, and thorough- their work is really wonderful! The team who did the assessment was thorough and the quote we received was honest, detailed and comparatively competitive to other contractors. The entire team has appropriate certifications in mold removal. I wish we’d gone with them for the mold removal initially as well- we had an unsatisfactory experience with another mold removal company but we had ERS add on safety cleaning measures and they were. Great. Gave us the confidence to know our home was not only beautifully restored but safe for our newborn. Thanks so much! If you’re on the fence, go with these guys- you won’t regret."

"Although Norman was the best part of this terrible experience (nice, knowledgeable, and professional), the amount of money ?the office? charged me just to take down a portion of my ceiling (about 10x16) was outrageous. I asked for a quote to fix it only to find out that one was to take it down and one was to put it back. It cost me $3490 for about 4 hours worth of work and in that was $1125 just for an ?air mover? and a dehumidifier. I could have bought a dehumidifier for $189 that covers a 1500sf area at home depot. There is no way I would have paid $9000 for this job to take it down and put it back. No way I should have paid almost $3500 for a few hours of work for a job that was not completed (cause I was not paying another $5k just to hang drywall, finish it off and paint). I got another quote for 1/3 of that and they are going to replace my whole ceiling so it all looks the same. It would have cost me $3800 for the whole thing had I gone with this other company. I will not ever make this mistake again."
