"Although Norman was the best part of this terrible experience (nice, knowledgeable, and professional), the amount of money ?the office? charged me just to take down a portion of my ceiling (about 10x16) was outrageous. I asked for a quote to fix it only to find out that one was to take it down and one was to put it back. It cost me $3490 for about 4 hours worth of work and in that was $1125 just for an ?air mover? and a dehumidifier. I could have bought a dehumidifier for $189 that covers a 1500sf area at home depot. There is no way I would have paid $9000 for this job to take it down and put it back. No way I should have paid almost $3500 for a few hours of work for a job that was not completed (cause I was not paying another $5k just to hang drywall, finish it off and paint). I got another quote for 1/3 of that and they are going to replace my whole ceiling so it all looks the same. It would have cost me $3800 for the whole thing had I gone with this other company. I will not ever make this mistake again."

The job grew larger as demo began and turned into a job requiring the rebuild of exterior walls, demo of concrete slabs - basically the house had to be rebuilt from the ground up. All new plumbing, electric, framing, windows, siding, roof, etc. I have known Chris for 20+ years and was confident that our forever home would be solid and done right. We had a few hiccups throughout the process - as this was done during Covid, so there were supply issues, delays and so forth, but Chris and his guys did an amazing job.
