"The plusses - Integrated stayed in touch while I was trying to have Lowes deliver the hot water heater I ordered from Lowes. Integrated's price was reasonable. They removed the old unit; they arrived on time and they worked quickly. Nice guys. I would use them again - with one BIG caveat. See below. The negatives - because the old hot water heater needed to be drained, I said they could drain it into the basement bathroom toilet.... and they left a mess! Dirty water on the bathroom floor, filth all over the toilet. I am not happy having to clean up after them and the condition they left it. They knocked a cover off an expensive speaker and never said anything about it. I didn't notice these until they left. They put tools on carpets and washing machine without a dropcloth on them. I made every attempt to have things moved out of the way, shoveled snow at 7AM so they would have a clean path, etc. I hoped they would show the same courtesy I showed them and leave my home in the condition it was before they came. They lose a star for that. Be advised they take only a check or cash - no credit cards. They should advise you of that before they arrive."

They assured me I was not obligated to use there services. I expected to have a gas line capped in the basement then place a piece of furniture in front of the pipe. When I explained why I was capping the line, the service man said he could remove the extension pipe and cap the main line and push it flush behind the wall. And the cost was more than reasonable.
