"Although it was a little tough to connect in the beginning (due to summer rush and holiday weekend), once Maria and I connected, things went very smoothly.
She came to my house, measured and provided a quote in a very timely manner.  
I had to go through my HOA, and she was quite helpful. Providing the drawings and contacting J.U.L.I.E. as required by the HOA (and even coming out a second time to get additional details requested by the HOA).
We had set a tentative installation date (pending HOA approval) and were lucky that the HOA approval was received in the nick of time and the weather held out.
The crew showed up on time and worked tirelessly all day to complete the job. When they ran out of bricks, they went back out to buy more.  Maria  was there the entire time overseeing the work.  At one point we had an issue with the level of the patio where the base of the steps and the side of the house were out of sync (huge downward slope).  She noted the issue and provided a sound recommendation which I approved. At the end of the day, they cleaned up the entire area.  They had carefully removed sod, mulch and some of my plants to install the brick patio and when they were done installing, they replaced the sod, mulch and even replanted my flowers.  Impressive!!  Everything washed up (even the handprints on the staircase) and clean.  They were also very careful with the surrounding area.  I live in a townhouse and they used wheel barrels to bring in all the materials.  They were careful not to destroy any of the common area.  This is a huge plus and greatly appreciated.  
Overall, it was a very positive experience and I highly recommend LDP.  I love my new patio - even though it is small, it adds a whole new room for me outdoors.  Wish I could add pictures, it turned out great!!"

"The work was wonderful. I called and set up an appointment with the owner Pete who came on time. We went over the project & He listened to my thoughts & ideas. He didn't try to sell me a new product ..I wanted to re-use the bricks I had which are the old Chicago pavers. I was very pleased with Pete's knowledge and understanding. His bid wasn't the highest nor lowest I'd received but it was fair. I am so happy I went with StoneMark. Pete was easy to work with, he knew what he was doing & he's very knowledgeable. "Naper Lawn Work did fantastic job on our outdoor remodel. We had them put in an outdoor kitchen (my husband absolutely loves), gas fire place (the kids love roasting marshmallows), beautiful p**** paver patio, pillars, and outdoor lighting. Its great for entertaining!  My husband and I received numerous compliments. We have even had neighbors ask if we mind if the duplicate our yard.

We shopped around for other prices and found Naper Lawn Works not only an affordable price, but they are local. Mark, the owner, was so very nice. I could not have asked for a better guy to deal with. I am someone that worries constantly, but Mark made me feel comfortable and answered my million questions throughout the whole process.
My husband and I are so please with the work, that this spring we will be starting a new project with Naper Lawn Works for the front of our house. I am so excited as seeing how easily and affordable our last project was. I would recommend Naper Lawn Works to everyone. Not only does my family and I constantly enjoy our yard, but its awesome for entertaining, that the whole neighborhood is over enjoying it too.
