"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"My home AC quit working and I was concerned that I would not be able to get it repaired due to existing conditions. After requesting service, I was called immediately, and an appointment was made for the following day. Chris performed diagnostic tasks and tests to identify and confirm that there was a leak in the Freon line in the attic near the cooling coil. Chris was able to repair the line later that day. I was particularly impressed with the timeliness, the in-depth investigation, the repair and follow-up post maintenance testing. Chris is a seasoned technician and craftsman. "CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"

"Generally I was pleased with the work but I was surprised to have 5 small socket sized holes in my wall when completed. I thought this may have been covered . Or at least an option for him to do repair the holes even at an extra charge."
