"Mayel and The Comfort Gaurdians did an excellent job installing two split system units and replacing our home main HVAC system. Very pleased with their work and how easy it was to work with them. I’m a HVAC engineer so i’m sure i’m hard to please as a client but The Comfort Gaurdians were excellent and at a fair price!! Give them a call!"

"We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years. Recently when we were having problems with our computers, we tried contacting our service contractor multiple times. He never responded. Feeling frustrated, I contacted James at North Alabama Technical Services and explained our situation. He instantly came to our rescue. He "cleaned-up" our computers and took care of all the problems we were experiencing. He went above and beyond to help us in our dire time of need. We would strongly recommend James and his company for computer service needs. We have now retained him on a service contract and are looking forward to working with him in the future."

"My home AC quit working and I was concerned that I would not be able to get it repaired due to existing conditions. After requesting service, I was called immediately, and an appointment was made for the following day. Chris performed diagnostic tasks and tests to identify and confirm that there was a leak in the Freon line in the attic near the cooling coil. Chris was able to repair the line later that day. I was particularly impressed with the timeliness, the in-depth investigation, the repair and follow-up post maintenance testing. Chris is a seasoned technician and craftsman. I was very pleased and highly recommend KeefCool. 3/24/2020"

"Jason went above and beyond to make sure my electrical issue was safely resolved, literally searching the entire house to find the source of the problem. I would recommend him to my friends, and I will call him again the next time I have a home issue. "Martin went above and beyond by giving me a crash course on my heating and air units functionality. He wanted to be sure that I understood the basics, so that I would not be ripped off by unscrupelous repair men. I was dold (by a different AC guy) that he needed to replace my unit, but Martin showed me why that was not the case. I REALLY appreciated that!"

"CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"

We mostly likely needed a more detailed cleaning than we got from Air Duct Pro. Our recent house remodeling did make our vents and returns especially dirty. We have used other providers over the years, and I know that many of the others do a better job of cleaning the entire system. We have allergies and symptoms of allergies that duct cleaning does improve.
