He was punctual and he and his crew were extemely hard workers. The job functions as promised, looks great and they were very conscientious about how they left the work area neat and clean. I repeatedly requested the documentation needed for rebates/tax credits (invoice details, manufacturer/model info, etc.) and never received it. Because of that, I?m missing out on savings that amount to roughly 20% of the total cost. If you use this company, make sure you get all paperwork in writing before paying. I can?t recommend them based on the lack of follow-through."

"We hired Chris Plumbing on August 7 for a pump out and required RSS for our home sale. They were unable to complete the repair work, and the pump out and RSS were not completed even though we paid for a pump out. We only discovered the incomplete pump out when another company came out to do the repairs. Because the pump out hadn?t been done, we had to hire another company on August 8 to finish the job so our home sale could proceed. Chris, the owner, agreed to a full refund, but issuing it has been difficult?Venmo wasn?t working, and a check was sent to our old address. The refund still hasn?t been properly completed. This caused unnecessary stress during a critical time in our home sale. I would not recommend this company."

"My elderly mother is partially blind and disabled. On November 1, 2021 her washing machine broke leaking water in her home. In desperation she called rotor rooter. Roto rooter came out, stopped the leak, and put dryers in and left. They returned a few days later to remove the dryers. The technician quoted my mother a cost of about $3000.00. My mother signed a contract but could not see what she was signing. After Roto rooter Reno removed the dryers they sent a bill to my mother for $9000.00. The contract she signed stated Roto rooter would remove walls, roofing, insulation, baseboard, tile etc. Roto rooter didn’t do any of those things. Roto rooter is price gauging and took advantage of an elderly disabled woman. Roto rooter technicians were in the home no more than 3 hours total. First my mother did not have capacity to enter into a contract as she couldn’t see what she was signing. 2 Roto rooters technicians told her the cost would be about $3000.00. 3 Roto rooter did not do the work in the contract. I believe Roto rooter is commuting elder abuse and fraud."

"This was by far the absolute worst experience that I have ever had with any company. The plumber came out for a shower that was not draining. I am on septic and let them know that my septic was just pumped in July. However they wanted to check anyways. After checking under the baffle inspection, I was advised by the plumber that my septic tanks were full and needed to be pumped. I contacted a septic company they came out first thing the next morning and checked my septic tanks, they were not full and ironically enough was able to pull out a huge clog of toilet paper from the baffle. He advised this is something that the plumbers do but since we just had one out the day before and they did told us the wrong information he would happily fix the problem for us. My husband called Riley Cahill (the manger) the next day to try to talk to him about the situation and try to find out why we were charged so much since there was not an itemized receipt. Riley proceeded to get very defense and angry and HUNG UP on my husband. He then called back left a message that saying he will check with his plumbers on Monday and get back to us. Monday morning I called Riley Cahill to have a conversation of what went wrong and how we will remedy the situation. He proceeded to once again get very upset, raise his voice and was insanely disrespectful (telling me to be quiet and stop talking). Then hung up on me as well. After that he called back to tell me I was wrong, and hung up on me again. I told him during the conversation that I was going to warn anyone I could not to use this company through reviews, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!"

Their customer service was great from start to finish, and they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!"

"I would absolutely not recommend Eco Electric Company. It took them nearly a month just to install a furnace — a job that should’ve been done in a few days. Their troubleshooting skills are seriously lacking, and I paid the price for it. Initially, they charged me $4,500 just to “level” the old furnace, claiming that would fix the issue. It didn’t. After wasting all that time and money, they came back and told me the furnace actually needed to be replaced — and asked for another $5,500 to do it. In total, I ended up paying $10,000 just to replace one furnace, all because they couldn’t properly diagnose the problem from the start. Completely unprofessional and frustrating experience. Stay far away."
