From getting our system flowing again to diagnosing the bigger issues they have so far completely the work in a timely manner. "Great. I received 3 bids and Drain Pro's was the most competitive and thorough. We scheduled a date, and installation was done in a day. They removed my old electric water heater and were tidy and very professional. I paid by check as they left. Now I will have to install an electrical outlet next to the heater but meanwhile, it's on an extension cord... Looking forward to 24-hour hot water, and a lower electric bill!"

"My water heater was leaking badly. They were there in 2 hours, and in less 3 hours later; we had a new water heater installed. Very professional and quick. Honestly it was a little more than another quote, it's a better water heater and I would have had to wait four days for an install. Very pleased.
