They went the extra mile or three to make sure the work was completed to perfection, even though the pipes were old and fiddly and required constant changes of strategy. Every operation was thoroughly explained and all questions were gladly answered. They were extremely punctual and tackled my problem promptly. Plus, there was no mess afterwards. They spotted several potential problems, estimated the remaining lifespan of various systems (it's an old house), suggested potential fixes and provided ballpark estimates to help plan the future. I can't wait to hire them again for any further plumbing issue. A really superb, old-school crew."

"I had a leaky bathtub faucet because the hot water stem was shot. One area plumber took one look at it, said he had no idea, took pictures of it and said somebody would contact us. Still waiting on that call. Tried a second Westerville plumber. Kind of the same deal. Said they don’t make those things any more, parts are rare and suggested for $750 that we replace the whole deal with an all in one hot and cold shower knob. Called Jack Woods. They were busy and could not come for 8 days which wasn’t ideal. Long story short, my man Dave knew exactly the brand and type of part it needed, drove down the street to Roush Hardware to pick one up (yeah it was so rare lol) and inside an hour had it fixed, saving me more than $500 in the process. I’m done with the others. I found my plumber from here on out. Thanks Jack Woods Plumbing. You thoroughly embarrassed the other Westerville “plumbers.”"

The unit was over 20 years old and not repairable so they needed to replace the unit. "Preface: We needed to have a shower pipe secured and sealed per our home buyers' inspection report. Aaron came in and explained the exact procedure that would be done and gave a quote and explained that he would have to cut the drywall to secure the pipe and that I would have to hire another company after he was finished to fix the drywall. (I was dismayed at the idea, but thankful that he was willing to be so thoughtful in his explanation.) With the ease of the repair, the work was completed in a matter of minutes. As it turned out, he was able to do the repair without cutting drywall. We are moving out of town, but I will be leaving Eco Plumbers as our recommended plumber to our home buyers. Thank you."

"This is the 2nd time I have used Safe Electric and both times I have used them have been great experiences. I had 3 new fixtures installed plus a new circuit run to be used for a new freezer in our finished basement. Jon & Eric were the two electricians that were sent to my home. They worked efficiently and quickly, but did outstanding work. Even though our basement had a finished ceiling, they were able to run a wire through with minimal disruption to the finished ceiling. I had concerns about the alignment of the lights on the fixture (this was a manufacturing defect and nothing to do with their installation) and they obliged me by improving the light alignment. They also cleaned up after they were completed and disposed of the old light fixtures and packaging materials for the new fixtures. Their work was excellent. The only negative aspect was the price which seemed very high to me. The cost for installation of the 3 light fixtures was $462 and the new circuit was $903."
