This was a 3rd-floor condo unit so the outside unit was on the roof of the 5th story, I could not have been more pleased with the outcome - a very professional and thorough job. They even relocated the thermostat to a better wall location. Very easy to work with and the most important thing to me was they obviously take a lot of pride in their work and it's always a pleasure to deal with people who do what they say. Alex Meyers arrived and did a complete inspection. I held my breath for the worst news. Alex was AMAZING, he fixed it for under $200. AND gave me a VERY honest explanation and advice. I LOVE THIS COMPANY. I would NEVER use anyone else, EVER!!!"
