They will set appointments to do warranty covered work only to fail to show up at all or even call with any sort of explanation. Then they will just quit taking your calls. This may be the least professional and competent company I have ever dealt with."

Their technicians are always professional, thorough, and kind. We have had some repairs done -- our unit is not old. They never push a new unit on us and they have always done great work! We are on their Max Membership and it provides great discounts on repairs and helps us keep up with maintenance. We highly recommend this company -- we are customers for life!
