"Richard made a service call due to we had no ac. Found out it was blower motor. Richard and Kevin back the very next day with new blower motor. Had it installed quickly. However still no ac now due to condenser didn't work. They both worked at troubling shooting to fix the problem. They did every step possible and finally found the issue. Within a few minutes it was taken care of ac working. They were very thorough, kind, caring and determined. I would highly recommend Whitcher Plumbing and Heating, and these two wonderful employees. "We initially thought that there was a leak in the line for which a quote was provided. Once the line was uncovered to repair the leak it was discovered that the entire line (lead pipe which had been installed when the house was built in 1967) was corroded and would probably continue to spring leaks even after the first was repaired. The contractor recommended that the entire line be replaced although he was more than willing to repair only the leak for the initial estimate of $195. I agreed with his recommendation.
The repair was expected to take several days so the contractor ran a temporary supply line to the house so that we would not be without water.
