"The price was somewhat higher than I expected, especially when I saw how little time it took. The work was done well, and (again) quickly, and the people were clean and took care of COVID protection. Got in touch with them, but also not perfect. Still, the job got done quickly and well once contact got made. I would use them again, mainly because relatively high charges are just about unavoidable with plumbers. They did what they said they would do, for the price they quoted me and did it well."

"We needed a water heater permit obtained and an inspection done by the city of Elgin. Tim took care of getting the permit and making sure the water heater was installed properly so the inspection passed successfully. Tim completed the task on time and was very professional. A+ transaction. "

"I had a couple leaky outdoor water spigots that would have been an easy fix for me to do, but I couldn’t get the rusty bolt out to remove the handles so I could access and replace the washers, etc. I reached out to several plumbing companies and explained the task. They refused to come out to repair it and would only do a complete replacement for several hundred dollars per spigot. Ryan discussed the task with me and came out the next day to make the repairs. He was even able to “MacGyver” the part I had to make it work since it was a discontinued part, saving me the cost of replacing the entire apparatus and having a hole cut out of my drywall in my kitchen. The job was done really well for an incredibly fair price. I’m super grateful to now have an honest, affordable plumber on my speed dial for any future needs! I highly recommend Ryan. "Jeff had done beautiful work at my parents house so I was excited to use him for a kitchen remodel in my first home. He is always friendly, professional, and responsive. He can handle any kind of issue that may arise, such as the need to move an unexpected vent. For our kitchen he tore down a pantry closet and the soffit, installed new flooring, cabinets, backsplash, shelving, range hood, lighting. "1. Very fast to respond to the the request 2. The staff was exceptionally nice, explained what they do and how they work. 3. Scheduled an appointment with a 2 hr window. 4. Repair showed up on time. (Two people) 5. They examined the problem and gave me a quote (fair and reasonable) 6. They went to work and resolved the sewer backup issue. Then they went ahead and cleared all the pipes of sludge until the water ran clear. They explained the issue was food residue buildup from the garbage disposal. That made sense since we has done a lot of summer and fall canning and used the disposal extensively. 6. They did a excellent job, very courteous and explained everything along the way. They used plastic to protect the surrounding area charged less than the estimate. 7. This is a family run business. They care about their customers a work hard to resolve the problem to the customers satisfaction. I would use them again and recommend their service."
